Recently finished these pair of ear studs, I got these two cabochons for a customer that just had bought my ‘button ring‘ and wanted the same stone for earrings. Unfortunately  she wanted  even smaller cabs,  so these are going in my shop.

Also I had the chance yesterday to photograph 2 more pieces, I was experimenting trying to take pictures of me wearing jewelery. Very frustrating, my camera thankfully coped OK.

This a necklace I have made last summer, using disc beads from bone (recycled from an old piece of jewelery), jasper round beads and Boca de Negro Seed beads (black beans).  The clasp is handmade and from silver.

Love it for summer!

Just finished these extremely lightweight set of earrings. Again I worked with pieces of  silver wire, which i soldered together to make this leaf shape.

This Sunday I visited my parent’s, stayed there all day and had my water colours with me. I thought I would be a great opportunity  for me to relax, do nothing and just paint. I haven’t touched my watercolours for at least 4 years. I really enjoyed it, I even thought to attend a few classes after the summer.

Την Κυριακη που μας περασε, επισκευτηκα τους γονεις, ηταν μια μερα απολυτης ξαπλας για μενα, δεν ηθελα να κανω τιποτα εκτος απο το να ζωγραφισω, ετσι πηρα μαζι μου νερομπογιες και πινελα, τα οποια ειχα να χρησιμοποιησω πανω απο 4 χρονια. Το χαρηκα απιστευτα, θυμηθηκα ποσο μου αρεσει να ζωγραφιζω με πινελα, ισως μετα το καλοκαιρι να βρω σε κανενα δημο μαθηματα, που σιγουρα θα με βοηθησουν με την τεχνικη.

Today I finished this pendant, it is the 2nd one from a series that I will attempt to design & fabricate. The 1st was this one, as you can see the concept  is the same but I tried a couple different ideas. Although I like the black silver, and I think it makes the leaf  stand out more, people expect silver to look like silver(meaning silver colour) and so I kept away from liver of sulphur.

I used these beautiful green glass round beads.

I definitely will try a few different photos, cause I am not happy with these ones.

Σημερα το τελειωσα και ειμαι αρκετα ευχαριστημενη με το αποτελεσμα, απλα οι φωτογραφιες με δυσκολεψαν, θα ξαναπροσπαθησω και αυριο αν βρω τον χρονο. Το φυλλο ειναι απο ασημενιο συρμα και πανω του καθεται μια φεγγαροπετρα δεμενη με καστονι. Οι πρασινες αυτες χαντρες ειναι γυαλινες. Συντομα θα μπει και στο eshop στην Dawanda

Σημερα πληροφορηθηκα γι’ αυτο το φεστιβαλ που θα γινει το Σάββατο 29 Μαϊου στην πολη μας. Οπως θα διαβασετε και στο προγραμμα θα γινουν πολλα πραγματα, οπως, performances, μουσική, εικαστικά, προβολές, διαγωνισμός και έκθεση φωτογραφίας, ταινίες μικρού μήκους, μουσικοχορευτικό θεατρικό δρώμενο, θέατρο σε καφέ, κομποστοποίηση, χαριστικό παζάρι ρούχων, βιβλίων κ.ά., αγορά βιολογικών προϊόντων και κεραμικών, ακροβάτες, δραστηριότητες για παιδιά κ.α.

Επισης το μαιλ που ελαβα ελεγε:
