I was very excited today when I found out about Elisa’s work through 18k (big fan). Her jewelry made me smile, they have a playful character, shapes are small and delicate. She uses silver and gold for metal, and the most amazing old beads and gemstone chunks. The following are my favourite pieces from her collection.
Love the hippie vibe her designs have! Find her entire collection and online shop here www.elisasolomon.com
I wanted to feature this artist a few months now, because I truly believe she is a talented & positive person. Geninne’s blog is a place a visit often to see beautiful illustrations and get inspired. Lately her work is mostly focused on bird illustrations and from her photos I can see how much she has evolved her style. She is also a master of stamp carving, a skill that I envy and I will acquire some time on the future. I am lucky enough to have 3 of her stamps (I won a giveaway in her blog a few months ago!)
Enjoy her work!
This last illustration is my favourite! I love elephants and I have many made from metal and wood, but this one is just amazing!
Just before I am about to shut down my pc and myself for today, I opened up a newsletter that came to my inbox, and led me to this lady’s blog! I have now spent more than 30mins looking at her work. I am in love with her paintings, her attitude, her videos. I really feel I should share what got me so inspired.
Her name is Wyanne (pronounced Y-anne ), I think she is based in Florida, and she lives art.
This is called “She Can See Clearly Now”. I love it!
The above is called “Hesitant”, a mixed media painting on wood. All her work is available @ Etsy.com
Wyanne paints, sculpts, and makes jewelry. Her paintings are greatly influenced by her life. Certain events from her childhood or present day life always find their way into her paintings. Each painting represents emotions and events in her life.
I had bookmarked Caroline’s site few months ago, I don’t remember how I found it though. Take a look at some of my favourite pieces from her line. Her inspiration comes from the water drop as you will able to see from the following images.
Lovely shapes and colours from Suuskeramiek, a ceramic artist thats works & lives in Rotterdam. You can visit her shop en.dawanda.com/shop/Suuskeramiek.
